- His knowledge of the second national language, experience in IT and with his age will always be taken into account.
- At last between 6 and 9 months before the end of the mandate of the National Coordinator, his successor will be designated.
- There is no post provided for the outgoing National Coordinator. The national coordinator leaves the C.I.C. at the end of his mandate.
